Once your offer is accepted, there’s still plenty to do. I’ll guide you through inspections, seller disclosures, reports, repair negotiations, appraisal, financing deadlines, and the other details that come with buying a home.

I’ll stay involved throughout the transaction and work with your lender, escrow, inspectors, listing agent, and other professionals to keep everything moving toward closing.

Then comes the best part—getting the keys to your new home!
